Brazil's Americanas exits bankruptcy proceedings

SAO PAULO, Oct 19 (Reuters) - A Rio de Janeiro court on Monday approved Brazilian retailer Americanas' <AMER3.SA> formal conclusion of bankruptcy proceedings, the company said in a securities filing.
